By September 30, their engineering, maintenance, and infrastructure operations will cease entirely.

The news landed without drama. No exploit. No governance crisis. No exchange delisting. Just a quiet statement buried in a technical blog post. And yet, for those of us who have watched the lifecycle of decentralized infrastructure long enough, this is the kind of signal that deserves more attention than a price chart.

Trust no one. Verify everything. Especially the assumption that open-source protocols maintain themselves.


The Context: What Shipyard Actually Did
